CONDITION AND TERMS

THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE RESERVATION ON BEHALF OF THE GROUP
HAS TO INFORM  THE WHOLE GROUP ABOUT OUR TERM AND CONDITIONS,
WE RECOMMEND  PRINT A COPY OF THE RESERVATION

Help us to create a nice environment for all of us and next guests

CANCELLATION PACKAGE
Please note that we do not accept cancellation two weeks before your check in regarding the packages,
or your will be required to pay the 100% of the reservation
 

CANCELLATION TOUR
We do not accept cancellation 48 hours before the booking tour,
or you will be asked to pay the 100 % of the reservation

MATERIAL DAMAGE
If some damage is done in the cabin or its
contents you will required to pay for it

CAMPALTA FUNCTIONALITY
This campsite is a place for activities, the maximum stay is 3 nights, all our campers need to
book a winter package

If you prefer to live in Kiruna you are welcome to join singles tours with us

PACKAGE MODIFICATION
The transportation is a free service when you start the program that we propose,
if your arrival time does not fit with our proposal programs you can
alternate the order of the tours if necessary

If you consider you can have the first day free of activities but then the
transportation cost 350SEK/one way/max. 8 people

The check in starts from 14.00h
Check out 12.00h

The transportation when you check out is a free service,
you can order earlier if you need.
We usually propose the meeting point in the tourist office of Kiruna

SNOWMOBILE TOURS
All our tenants have  to read about our snowmobile regulation,

PAYMENT METHOD
Should be in advance upon arrival,
we recommend to provide with you the total amount before the check in due there is not cash point in the area,
full payment must be in cash we do not accept credit card.
You can pay also by transfer bank account under petition (20 days before your check in at least) 

FOOD
Campalta only provide food in dogsledge lunch tour,
we highly suggest you to provide your own food regarding your whole stay with us,
there are not restaurants, shops or catering in the area.,
you should do shopping before check in due we are situated
15 kms from Kiruna in the forest 

LINEN
For hygienically reason all our guest must use it you can hire from us or bring your own,
linen and towels are charged separately (70SEK/set linen+ towel)

  SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN
In all of the cabins and in the service buildings,
if you or anyone in your party smoke you will be charge a fee of 5000SEK  

COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be notified to the owners immediately so we can
if necessary remedial or taken action if required.
In no circumstances will compensation be made for complaints raised after the
tenancy has ended when the Tenant has not given the Owners the opportunity
of investigating the complaint and endeavoring to put matters right during the tenancy

LIABILITY
The owners do not accept liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience,
whether to person or property, which the Tenant or other person may suffer or incur arising out of,
or in any way connected with the letting.
In addition, the Owners accept no liability for loss, injury, accident,
death or damage to the Tenants on the Owners property or land.
 

CABIN & CLEANING DEPOSIT RULES

Please aware that the deposit automatically converts to a security cleaning deposit upon arrival.
The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable provided IF the following provisions are met:

Cabin cleaning instructions (hovering, recycling, leave the kitchen in the same conditions you have find it,
take away the hair from the shower, not smoking inside any Campalta building, make the bed, etc..

If you use the sauna you must leave it in the same conditions you have find it

When you check out leave the key in the door

All our campers must use bed linen for hygienically reasons

No early check in (14.00h) or late check out (12.00h)

Do not cover the heating

Do not use the oven

Not smoking inside any Campalta building

Leave Back all the equipment you have used in the same place you have got it

CAMPALTA RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE YOUR DEPARTURE FROM THE CAMP
AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY IF YOU HAVE A BAD BEHAVIOUR AGAINST
YOUR NEIGHBOURS OR THE ENVIROMENT
