REGULATION
Please read carefully our regulation and policy pertaining day to day
administration and of management of public
campgrounds and day use facilities; help us to create a nice environment for all
of us and next guests
CANCELLATION PACKAGE Please
note that we do not accept cancellation two weeks before your check in regarding
the packages,
otherwise we take the 100% of the reservation
CANCELLATION TOUR We do not accept cancellation 48 hours before the
booking tour,
otherwise we take the 100 % of the reservation
MATERIAL DAMAGE Be aware that if some damage is done in the cabin or its
contents you will required to pay for it
CAMPALTA WINTER RULES to become a Campalta camper you must book one of
our package tour.

PAYMENT should be in advance upon arrival to the guide that pick you up
(100% of the reservation)
CABIN & CLEANING DEPOSIT RULES
Please aware that the deposit automatically converts to a security
cleaning deposit upon arrival.
The deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully renfundable
provided IF the following provisions are met:
Cabin cleaning instructions (hovering, recycling, leave the kitchen in
the same conditions you have find it,
take away the hair from the shower, not smoking inside any Campalta building,
make the bed, etc..
If you use the sauna you must leave it in the same conditions you have
find it
When you check out leave the key in the door
All our campers must use bed linnen for hygienically reasons
No early check in (14.00h) or late check out (12.00h)
Do not cover the heating
Do not use the oven
Not smoking inside any Campalta building
Leave ack all the equipments you have used in the same place you have got
it
***The cabin is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any
accidents,
injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities
Useful
Information and suggestions
For
extra person in the cabin we charge 100SEk per night
For extra transfer we charge 350 SEk one way max. 8 people inside a radio of 20
kms maximum
Bed linen/towels are charged separately 70 SEk/person
Regarding the Ice Hotel tour, please be aware you can get the ticket for your
side in the Ice hotel reception
We highly recommend you provide your own food
in Kiruna depending how many days you are going to
stay in Campalta due we do not offer any catering service and there are not any
restaurants in the area
